Hey Lirec, I just wanted to say thank you for creating this podcast. Even though it’s geared toward dads, it has given language to feelings and experiences I’ve carried quietly for a long time, especially in my marriage. The Alignment series has been both tough and beautiful to hear, and it has helped me feel seen and validated in my expectations around partnership and emotional connection. Your transparency and emotional intelligence really stand out, and hearing men speak with that level of self-awareness has been powerful for me. I’m especially grateful for the Provider vs Partner. It landed deeply and reminded me how important emotional presence is within a family, not just provision. It’s given me the courage to share this with my spouse in hopes that it reaches parts of him he’s avoided for a long time, and encourages growth instead of withdrawal. Thank you for doing this work. It matters more than you know.
